Damaged/Defective Product:

All efforts are made to ensure that product is without flaw. Please understand that we do not make, create, or sew the product. Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If you feel you have received a damaged/defective item, please send us a message within 7 Business Days of the purchase date @ CrystalsLuxuriousLeggings@gmail.com
An exchange for the same item will be made (if available). If the same item is not available, a same cost item of your choice will be substituted. Exchanges are not accepted after 30 days of purchase date. Exchanges
WILL NOT be accepted if the leggings have been altered in any way, i.e. inside tags removed, etc..


Size Exchanges:

If you have purchased the wrong size, we will honor exchanges for up to 30 days after purchase date. Item(s) MUST be UNWASHED and in NEW CONDITION to exchange. If item(s) have been washed and worn, exchanges WILL NOT be accepted. Exchanges WILL NOT be accepted if the leggings have been altered in any way, i.e. inside tags removed, etc.. Exchanges for Online Orders:

If you have purchased the wrong size, please send us a message @ CrystalsLuxuriousLeggings@gmail.com and let us know that you need a different size. Customer pays for return shipping.

Once the order is received by us, an exchange for the same item in a different size will be made (if available). If the same item in a different size is not available, a same cost item of your choice will be substituted.



Order Cancellations:

All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor once you submit your order. Due to this, we do not accept order cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
