Shipping:

We use USPS for all shipping. Orders that weigh under 16 oz. are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (now called USPS Ground Advantage) and orders weighing over 16 oz. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Estimated delivery time is 1-5 Business Days. We only ship within the United States.

First Class Mail/Small Packages - Variable Price depending on weight & zone
Padded Flat Rate Envelope - $11.20
Medium Flat Rate Box — 1 (top-loading) - $19.30
Large Flat Rate Box - $26.00


Lost/Stolen/Refused Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and no refunds will be given for refused packages. Once packages leave our possession, they are no longer our responsibility. The USPS gives every package it's own tracking number, which is emailed to you when the shipping labels are created. It is your responsibility to track your packages, and in the rare and unfortunate case your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we suggest you file a claim with USPS immediately. Priority Mail® service provides insurance coverage up to $50.00 on all packages, so be sure to contact your local Post Office in this circumstance.
